For a bit, I've been trying to get the most muscle mass possibly but also able to move fast as possible too. My ideal weight is 240 lbs and I'm actually close to it weighing 237lbs. But gaining 3 pounds of muscle is harder then you think. especially with my metabolism. If I happen to skip a meal one day, the next day I would 2-3 pounds lighter just like that. ReplyDeleteI just know a top linebacker in Division one schools and in the NFL are average to that size. I prepare my self for the league rather then college football haha.

ReplyDeletethere's a couple ways to do that. The easiest way to do it is maintain a healthy diet, not a lot of fatty foods or a lot of calories. I maintain my figure really just by working out often. I eat whatever I want, and if i dont eat enough ill be lighter the next day lol. But let me know if your want more info on lossing weight. To much to type here.
